Requirements
- At least 5 years of SAP CRM experience. Experience in CRM 4.0 required.
- Experience in CRM 5.0 is a plus.
- At least 2 years of ABAP, BSP and Java development.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
Profile
Senior SAP CRM Functional consultant with experience in High Tech industry in Interaction Center Web client, ICSS, CRM Marketing is required.
Experience in Global implementation is preferred.
Must have implementation experience in channel integration like CTI and ERMS.
Must be able to look into code for BSP, JSP and ABAP to analyze the impact of enhancements.
Must work closely with other IT, ERP members and end users to ensure reporting requirements are translated to accurate design specification and that efficient and effective solution are subsequently delivered.
Should be able to figure out the out of the box functionalities that can be used.
Should be able to assist the QA team in preparing the test plans and test cases.
Preferable
- Experience with Solution Manager.
- Experience with Portal Integration.
- Experience with CRM Analytics
- Experience with Workflow
- Experience with Chat integration and ICWC
- Upgrade experience to CRM 5.0
- CRM 5.0 experience
