A software engineer graduated from PICT ,Pune in the year 1996. Has more than 12 years of experience in the software industry and has managed products from embedded systems to Open SourceDevelopment on Windows and Linux Platform. Aditi has worked in the US and Europe for more than 4 years.Aditi has been an entreupreneur and has been involved in Siddhatech since its inception. Currently at Siddhatech , she focusses more on building teams for working with clients across different regions . Also her prime focus is on developing partnerships with firms that could mutually benefit in partnering with Siddhatech. Siddhatech's strong focus on Open Source Technologies and maturity in the entire development process makes the job easier.

Jayawant has been working in the software industry for more than 12 years.He brings with him a vast experience and thorough knowledge in Database management systems and Object Oriented concepts. At Siddhatech , his main role is that of a Technical Architect and Analyst - he has been guiding and designing all our major web based applications.
